March 28, 2008 - BHC invested $3.0 million in Promotion In Motion, Inc. in the form of a senior subordinated note. The BHC proceeds are being used to recapitalize the business.
Headquartered in Closter, NJ, Promotion In Motion is a rapidly growing manufacturer, marketer and distributor of brand name and private label candy, fruit snacks and specialty foods. Products manufactured include Welch's® fruit snacks, Sun-Maid® milk chocolate raisins, Sour Jacks® sour candy, Creamsicle® candy twists, NASCAR® speed strips, Fisher® milk chocolate peanuts, and a full array of other brands.
